Most of our labor charges are flat-rate, "pay-by-the-hour" rate typically doesn't apply. For example, all battery, hard drive and memory installs have flat-rate pricing with installation included. Question: How much will it be to fix my Apple iMac, MacBook, etc?
- Our diagnostics fee is $39.97, which is credited back if you go ahead with the repair.
- Most of our repairs and upgrades have flat-rate labor, so you know exactly what your repair is going to cost. For very complex repairs our labor rates are $89/hr. Most repairs are averaging between 30 mins and 2 hours of labor.
- Our onsite service rates are $149/hr with a one-hour minimum and within 30 minutes of our store.
Question: Do you fix broken iPhone screens?
- Yes, we do. Prices start at $79 and our turnaround time is same-day with most screen repairs being done in less than an hour.
- We also have batteries in-stock for most iPhones 6, 7 & 8s. Batteries take less than 30 minutes and can be done while you wait. Our standard price for most iPhones is $39.99.
- We can also fix microphones, charge ports, antennas, & cameras. These parts typically have to be special ordered.
- We also have industry leading diagnostics tools and software for iPhones. You can come in for a $9.97 full diagnostics of your phone. This service is free with any screen repair or battery upgrade.
Question: Are the parts you use, new or refurbished?
- Most of them are factory refurbished. Parts like screens, motherboards and power connections are typically factory refurbished OEM parts. We have the ability to order these as new parts, but that is cost prohibitive.
- Some parts are new. Parts like, batteries, hard drives and memory often times are brand new parts from our parts suppliers. For example, many times we use Crucial SSD drives in our repairs, which are brand new with a 5-year warranty.

Question: How long will it take to fix my Mac, MacBook or iPhone?
- iPhone repairs are quick, typically in less than an hour and most are done same-day.
- Mac and MacBook repairs typically start with a diagnostics and then a quote for the repair. Once the quote has been approve and then timing is based upon part availability. We stock a large selection of parts, thus about 80% of the time the repair can move along quickly. If we have to order the part, most parts take 2-3 business days to arrive. Most of our repairs are done in about 3-5 business days.
- Memory and hard drive upgrades are typically 24 hrs.
